Inventory Count · Support

Let’s get the count moving again.

Tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and your iPhone and iOS version. Do not email payment details or confidential inventory unless it is necessary to explain the issue.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Core inventory, movement, count, search, and export workflows work locally. Store purchases and optional analytics require a connection when used.

Do I need an account?

No. Inventory Tracker does not require an account.

Does barcode scanning upload anything?

No. Camera frames and detected barcodes are processed locally. You can also enter a barcode or SKU manually.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open Settings and choose Restore Purchases using the Apple Account that made the purchase. Subscription management remains available separately when applicable.

Where is my inventory stored?

Your working records are stored locally on your device. Use the app’s export and backup controls to keep an additional copy.

How do I turn analytics off?

Open Settings and disable Product Analytics. Future analytics signals stop; your inventory records are unaffected.

Before you write

  • Check whether the issue repeats with a practice item.
  • Include the exact step where the app behaved differently from expected.
  • For billing, try Restore Purchases first and contact Apple for refunds or payment-method issues.
  • Never send passwords, full payment information, or unnecessary business records.
