Terms for a practical inventory tool.

The app is licensed, not sold. Your license is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these product-specific terms. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

You are responsible for the records you enter, the permissions you grant, and any backups you need. The app is a recording and calculation tool, not an accounting, point-of-sale, compliance, insurance-valuation, or enterprise resource-planning system. Verify important quantities and exports before relying on them for a business decision.

Premium features may be offered through Apple’s In-App Purchase system as monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time purchase. Available products, localized prices, currency, tax, duration, and any introductory offer are shown by the App Store and in the purchase screen before confirmation.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through your Apple Account subscription settings. A one-time purchase does not automatically renew. Purchases can be restored in the app where supported, generally using the same Apple Account. Apple handles billing, refunds, and payment-method issues. We may update the app, website, features, and these terms. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device or third-party file, or future features. Where legally required, material changes will receive appropriate notice. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
